Shipping & Delivery

Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the continental United States only: the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C.

We are not able to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other U.S. territories, and we do not ship internationally. If you have a continental U.S. address we can send your gift to, we are glad to ship it there.

Order processing time

Most orders ship within 5-10 business days of the order being placed. Items are made-to-order through our manufacturing partner, which is why processing takes longer than standard retail. Personalized and custom items may take an additional 2-3 business days.

Shipping methods

Standard delivery is via USPS or UPS Ground. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Estimated delivery time

Processing: 5-10 business days
Transit: 3-7 business days (depending on destination)
Total: 8-17 business days from order to delivery

Holiday orders should be placed at least 3 weeks before the gift date to ensure on-time delivery.

Shipping rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and order weight.

Order tracking

You'll get a tracking link via email when your order ships. If you don't see a tracking email, please check your spam folder. If it's still missing, reach out to hello@doggiftery.com.

Lost or undelivered packages

If a package is marked delivered but you can't find it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If it's still missing after 5 business days, contact us and we'll work with the carrier on a claim.
