Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your order. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery on most items. Custom and personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to start a return

Email us at hello@doggiftery.com with your order number and a photo of the product. We'll send you return instructions.

What you can return

  • Unused, unwashed items in original packaging
  • Items in resellable condition

What you can't return

  • Personalized or custom-made items (unless damaged or defective)
  • Final sale items
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. You'll get an email when the refund is issued. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — including original shipping. We do not require defective items to be returned.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a tracked shipping service — we can't guarantee receipt of items shipped without tracking.
