Can't find your tracking email?
- Check your spam or promotions folder
- Confirm the email address on your order
- Email us at hello@doggiftery.com with your order number and we'll resend it
How long does shipping take?
Most orders deliver within 8-17 business days from purchase: 5-10 days for processing + 3-7 days in transit. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Order issues
If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If it's still missing after 5 business days, contact us and we'll work with the carrier on a claim.
