How long until my order ships?

Most orders ship within 5-10 business days. Personalized and custom items may take an additional 2-3 days. Total time from order to delivery is typically 8-17 business days.

Why does it take that long?

Every item is made-to-order through our U.S. manufacturing partner. We don't warehouse inventory, which means we can offer hundreds of breeds and personalization options without waste — but it takes a few extra days vs. an off-the-shelf store.

Where do you ship?

We ship to addresses in the continental United States. International shipping is coming soon.

Do you ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

Yes, we ship to PO boxes (USPS only) and APO/FPO addresses. Delivery times to APO/FPO may be longer than standard.

Can I track my order?

Yes — you'll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. If you don't see it, check your spam folder, then email us at hello@doggiftery.com.

Can I personalize an item?

Many products support personalization (your dog's name, photo, or breed). Look for the customization options on each product page.

What if my breed isn't listed?

Email us at hello@doggiftery.com with the breed you're looking for. We have hundreds of breeds in our catalog and may be able to help.

Can I return a personalized item?

Personalized and custom items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective. See our Refund Policy for details.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos at hello@doggiftery.com. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — including original shipping.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Yes — for boutiques, gift shops, and pet retailers. Email us at hello@doggiftery.com for our wholesale catalog and pricing.
